ABOUT KITCHEN REFRESH

Kitchen Refresh is a U.S. home-improvement company that gives kitchens a fresh new look — fast and affordably. Instead of tearing a kitchen apart in a months-long remodel, we keep the existing cabinet frames, repaint them, and replace the cabinet doors and drawer fronts with brand-new custom-made ones, plus new soft-close hinges and handles. The result: a kitchen that looks brand new in just 1–5 days, at up to 75% less than a full remodel. It's a simple idea homeowners love, and it's easy to explain and easy to be proud of. You'll be supporting our locally owned Rochester, Minnesota team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll be the friendly first voice homeowners hear when they're thinking about updating their kitchen. Working from home, you'll:

- Make and take phone calls with homeowner leads — answering questions and getting them excited about a kitchen refresh

- Qualify interest and book free, no-pressure in-home design consultations for our sales team

- Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email so no one falls through the cracks

- Keep our CRM (HubSpot) clean and up to date with notes and next steps

- Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination between calls

This is a phone-heavy role. If you enjoy talking to people, staying organized, and helping someone say "yes" to a project they're excited about, you'll do well here.

PAY

Base pay: $4–$6 USD per hour, depending on experience.

Plus $50 USD for every well-qualified consultation you set — meaning the homeowner owns the home, is in our service area, all decision-makers attend, and the appointment is kept.

Our goal is for you to earn $10+ per hour by setting well-qualified consults. Most people reach that with three to four well-qualified consults a week, and our strongest performers earn more. The base is the floor, not the ceiling.

SCHEDULE

Full-time, remote. Your hours need to line up with U.S. Central business hours. We're looking for someone effectively on Central Time — a 1–2 hour difference is fine, but your workday should substantially overlap ours so you can reach homeowners when they're available. (Costa Rica's time zone lines up well with U.S. Central, which is a plus.)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Fluent, natural conversational English on live phone calls (this is the most important requirement)

- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated place to work

- A headset and a computer

- Comfort with phone-heavy work and entering data into a CRM

- A calm, friendly, solutions-oriented attitude

Nice to have (not required): previous call-center, appointment-setting, customer-service, or home-improvement/remodeling experience. If you don't have it but you're a great communicator, we still want to hear from you.
