As a Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will support key initiatives that drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and program success across IT. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, support ongoing initiatives to mature IT operating model, improve visibility, and promote continuous improvement.

As a Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting cross-functional initiatives while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborating across levels, clearly communicating status, risks, and insights while applying critical thinking.
• Developing detailed plans while ensuring team accountability through proactive problem-solving.
• Analyzing workflows and operations, recommending creative improvements for efficiency and collaboration.
• Analyzing complex data, identifying patterns, and communicating insights clearly for actionable outcomes.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 2-5 years of relevant experience and a High School / Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
• Have professional experience as a Strategy & Operations Analyst, Program Manager, Business Analyst, or Consultant
• Be highly curious and have a desire to learn new concepts quickly
• Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, and polished communication skills.
• Have experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Google workspace)
• Demonstrate ability to excel in a dynamic environment and handle multiple initiatives concurrently.
