Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Listing Management:
  • Create, update, and maintain product listings on Amazon, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, images,and backend keywords, in accordance with guidelines provided by the Account Manager..
  • Upload content and manage product variations, ensuring each variation is accurately represented.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels on Amazon, ensuring that product availability is accurately reflected in the catalog.
  • Generate inventory forecasts to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Compliance and Quality Control:
  • Ensure all product listings comply with Amazon’s policies and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular audits of product listings and categories to maintain listing quality and accuracy.
  • Manage case logs and resolve issues related to suppressed or blocked listings.
  • Issue Resolution and Case Management:
  • Assist in identifying and resolving listing issues, such as suppressed or blocked listings, under the guidance of the Account Manager.
  • Reporting:
  • Generate regular reports on catalog performance, including sales data, listing health, and inventory levels.
  • Provide detailed category listing reports and performance analytics to the Account Manager.
  • Promotions and Marketing:
  • Submit coupons and promotional offers, and manage brand-tailored promotions.
  • Assist with Vine enrollment and A/B testing of product listings.
  • Create and manage discount codes and coupon promotions.
  • Create attribution link creation to track off-channel performance and sales metrics.
  • Shipment and Fulfillment:
  • Oversee shipment creation and ensure timely processing of shipment creation and inventory replenishment.
  • Account and Performance Management:
  • Conduct daily account audits to ensure adherence to performance standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Account Manager and other team members to ensure catalog management activities align with broader business goals and marketing strategies.
