My name is Stephen Kiser, CEO of Favored Home Buyers — a fast-growing national real estate investment company based in North Carolina.

The Role: Dispositions Rep (Remote – Full Time)

We buy 7–10 houses per month remotely and we’re looking for someone who can maximize the value of those deals by managing the resale side like a pro.

This isn’t fluff work. This is sales, coordination, and persuasion.
You’ll be responsible for managing 20+ properties at once and negotiating with cash buyers, realtors, and investor partners to move deals fast and profitably.

If you can build instant rapport, communicate clearly, stay organized under pressure, and think like a closer, this is your chance to make real money from anywhere.

What’s In It For You:

  • $1,500–$2,000/month base (USD, based on skill)
  • $100+ per deal bonus (20–30 deals/year = $2–3k extra)

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Build real relationships with sellers during the resale process
  • Cold call and text blast investor buyers and local agents
  • Coordinate showings and inspections
  • Negotiate deals to maximize spread
  • Keep deals organized in our CRM
  • Communicate with our team to get deals closed fast

What We’re Looking For:

  • You own the phone — confident, clear, and persuasive
  • You’re organized, self-managed, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You’re relentless with follow-up and don’t fold under pressure
  • You have a sales backbone — rejection doesn’t phase you
  • You learn fast and crave feedback
  • You follow systems, hit deadlines, and don’t make excuses

Requirements:

  • Full-time availability (EST hours)
  • Dedicated home office with strong internet and zero distractions
  • Fluent spoken and written English — American-sounding preferred
  • Comfortable on the phone and in Zoom
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in real estate, but not required
