Job Description:

As a member of our team you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and customer retention. You will be a part of delivering a first-class service for our customers, ensuring that their experience with BetAnySports is tailored to their needs. Encouraging them to play and play more with us.

You will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering experiences that delight customers. You’ll be able to manage multiple projects at the same time, think fast on your feet and handle pressure and rejection with skill.

You’ll need to be a great team player, collaborating with the other Reps on the team, Customer Service and Wider Marketing team to deliver the best possible campaigns and service for our players.

Job Responsibilities

  • You’ll communicate with our players day to day, building relationships to understand their needs and challenges
  • You’ll provide a personalized service, ensuring that our players’ issues are addressed as rapidly as possible.
  • You’ll deliver personalized news and updates from the company, ensuring our players hear about our best promotions and offers.
  • You’ll offer guidance and support, intervening when customers face issues. Possibly before they’ve even realized they have one.
  • You’ll work with the CRM team to devise individual promotions for players that meet their specific needs.
  • You’ll constantly work to build your knowledge of iGaming and Sportsbook trends, keeping on top of the latest trends for your own personal development and our customers.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Advanced English skills/proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Familiarity with iGaming promotions & the drivers of profit within an iGaming business.
  • Strong knowledge of Sportsbook and Casino platforms.
  • Proven experience in building customer relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Have a passion for Sportsbook or Casinos and a customer-centric mindset
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
