About the role
- Government Tenders Analysis: Review of tenders with the public sector to identify business opportunities
- Tender applications: Preparation of the information requested in a tender for its correspondent presentation.
- Data Management: Efficiently extract, organize, and input information into databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Government Contract Analysis: Evaluate and analyze government contracts awarded to the company and provide follow up with sales team for the complete execution of the contracts
- Generation of documentation: Learning about procedure for the correct delivery of the purchase orders generated from awarded tenders.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports using tools like Excel and Tableau, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

What We Are Looking for in You
Required qualifications:
- Education: Student currently enrolled in the final year of a degree program of the following careers: Public Administration, Law, Administration, Industrial Engineering
- English Level: Advanced (at least B2)
- Knowledge in data automation
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Adobe and Tableau, or a willingness to learn and develop proficiency in these systems.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively within a team environment, contributing to shared goals and supporting colleagues.
- Positive Attitude: Display a positive and proactive approach, showing enthusiasm for the work and maintaining a can-do attitude.
- Organizational Skills: Possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively within a team environment, contributing to shared goals and supporting colleagues.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of both internal and external customers, ensuring their satisfaction and building positive relationships.
- Passion: Exhibit a genuine passion for the field of medical devices and a drive to learn and contribute to the industry.
- Analytical Abilities: Possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights.
Preferred qualifications:
- Have passed the course on public administration and administrative contracting.
- Knowledge of SICOP
- Interest in the industry of medical devices
- Digital signature (firma digital del Banco Central de Costa Rica)
