Location: Latin America (Remote)

We are seeking skilled front and backend engineers to join our team and contribute to a groundbreaking agentic AI product that redefines how enterprises operate. This is an opportunity to work on challenging technical problems, collaborate with a world-class team, and play a pivotal role in shaping a transformative AI product.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize full stack systems that form the foundation of our AI agent platform.
• Collaborate closely with researchers to bring AI research into production at scale.
• Ensure platform performance, reliability, and scalability to meet enterprise demands.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Prompt Engineering.
• Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and embeddings.
• Solid knowledge of Python and frameworks like Flask and/or FastAPI.
• Proficiency in working with embedding databases such as Chroma, Pinecone, FAISS, or similar tools.
• Strong skills in third-party API integrations.
• Hands-on experience developing non-trivial AI agents.
• Familiarity with structured and unstructured databases, including effective data management and querying.
• English level B2 or above is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Being passionate about understanding and serving customer needs, with a knack for solving real-world problems even when theyre ambiguous.
• Have experience as a machine learning engineer, especially on AI products designed for external customers.
• Have a background as a technical founder or in a similar capacity.
• Possess exceptional communication skills and enjoy working with cross-functional teams.
• Have a proven track record of owning problems end-to-end and thrive on learning new skills quickly to achieve goals.
