The Position:

STRAND is looking for an Architectural Visualization Designer to join our Visualization team. STRAND is a growing company with opportunities to advance and learn alongside accomplished business leaders. Tasks to include but are not limited to:

• Produce elevation renderings in 3DS Max and Sketchup
• Complete post-production editing work within Adobe Photoshop
• Create floorplans within AutoCAD
• Assemble marketing brochures within Adobe InDesign
• Updating spreadsheets and/or project management programs
• Coordinating with clients and visualization staff regarding elevation and floorplan revisions
• Positively contributes within teams to carry out client projects

Qualifications:

• 3DS Max
• Sketchup
• AutoCAD
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe InDesign
• Revit
• Attention to detail and strong organization skills
• Ability to shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced work environment
• Self-Starter with ability to work autonomously with little support
• Exceptional team player, exemplifies a work style that is flexible, respectful, collaborative & hard working
• Prior experience in an Architectural firm is a plus
