We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to support and enhance logistics and transportation systems across the NALA region, specifically focusing on TMS (Transportation Management System). This role requires strong technical capabilities, DevOps experience, and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies to deliver robust and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements and user stories into scalable, maintainable software solutions.

• Design, develop, test, and implement code, ensuring functionality, performance, and scalability.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, using automation to streamline integration and deployment processes.

• Provide full lifecycle support: deployment, production monitoring, performance optimization, and issue resolution.

• Add new features and improvements to existing systems while maintaining high code quality.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, operations teams, and other systems stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment.

• Contribute to application architecture design, with a focus on cloud-native solutions.

• Continuously improve software performance and development processes, staying up-to-date with industry best practices, tools, and vulnerabilities.

• Lead DevOps efforts, enabling modern application development and working closely with software engineers to apply agile and CI/CD frameworks.
