Sustaining Quality Engineer (senior)

This position is responsible to maintain the production process as efficiently and effectively as possible while still ensuring that the finished products are safe, dependable, and satisfy customer expectations. Design quality tests, develop the documentation, and test procedures, keep track of quality standards, and specify the requirements that a test result must satisfy.

Identify Manufacturing process defects (scrap, nonconforming material, customer complaints) by dispositioning non-conforming material, assisting in identification of primary root causes and understanding corrective and preventative actions.

Apply quality principles, analyze quality records, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

Identify and address recurring problems with the product's quality or the reliability of testing procedures.

Requeriments:

• Bachelor degree in Industrial or in related career
• Minimum 5 years experience within Quality Assurance.
• Experience in the assembly area
• English Level: Intermedium to advanced (B2 /C1)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP suite.
• Desirable Knowledge ISO 13485 and FDA QSR.
• CQM/CQE preferred.
• Medical Device manufacturer background preferred.
