Role Overview

The Sales Manager will lead our sales team in promoting and selling our healthcare

products/services. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of the health care industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and increase

market share.

2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the healthcare sector.

4. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Care Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a sales Manager or similar role in the health care industry.

4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities.

6. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

7. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

8. C1 English level.
