In Liberia, Costa Rica, we have our newest and most advanced manufacturing plant in the world, leading the way to Industry 4.0. This plant uses state-of-the-art manufacturing technology to improve how our employees work and how we manufacture our products. We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant who will provide administrative service, coordination and support to the GM and Leadership Team in Liberia. Responsible for creating and tracking Purchase Requisition-Orders, Invoices follow up and performs other financial transactions. Perform administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, events, activities and communicates to internal and external clients. Coordinate all visits and plant tours. In charge of Plant Communication program including Town Hall meeting. Prepare a variety of reports, spreadsheets, charts, manuals, program analysis reports, and other materials.

Responsabilities:

  • Purchase Requisition-Orders: issuance, process and management for all PO´s for the HR and Administrative cost center.

  • Invoices: accounting process application, vendor’s payments follow up internal customers support, as well as, building up excellent suppliers’ relationships.

  • SAP vendors issuance and contract creation: the departments mentioned above.

  • Meetings and Events: local meetings and events coordination with optimum details management, high quality standards within OPEX standards (Engagement activities, Bottlers and OU Meeting, Regional Meetings, Monthly Meetings, Trainings, Plant tour, etc).

  • Daily Support to GM and leadership team.

  • Create and develop a communication plan for the Liberia Plant: Execute the organizational announcement, open positions, births, deaths, create flyers for Plant activities, optimize internal communication processes, coordinate internal communications with the CPS Communication team, work with PAC OU U and Corporate Communication Teams to align on local and global initiatives.

  • Comply with the guidelines of Food Safety, Integrated Management System (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety), KORE Corporate Standards and any other applicable legal requirements, established or subscribed by the Company, related to your job, complying with the policies, internal plans and procedures that ensure the proper implementation and continuous improvement of the company.

Requirements:

  • Fully proficient in Spanish/English (oral, written).

  • Fully proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, and SAP

  • Intermediate University/bachelor’s degree

  • + 3 years in similar roles
