Your Duties Will Encompass:

• Confirming reservations with hotels, tour operators, and transfer companies ahead of clients' arrivals.
• Managing itinerary adjustments efficiently.
• Collaborating with the Travel Experience team to coordinate services for clients both prior to and during their journeys.
• Compiling designated weekly or bi-weekly progress reports.

Please be aware, this is a 6-month internship concentrated on customer support pre, during, and post-vacations. Tasks include handling phone-based case assignments and providing concierge services such as arranging dinner reservations, spa appointments, and transfers.
