Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Present and sell our services to potential clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding through to placement.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the agency.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the service sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₡525,594.89 - ₡600,000.00 per month
