Job Title: Entry-Level Architectural Designer

Location: Costa Rica

Experience Level: 0-5 Years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field
Language Requirement: Fluent in English

About Us:

STRAND is a dynamic and innovative architectural firm dedicated to designing spaces that inspire and transform. We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Architectural Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early career professional to contribute to diverse and impactful projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of architectural designs, production drawings, and 3D renderings using REVIT, 3DS Max, Photoshop, and other design software.
  • Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to develop and refine design concepts.
  • Produce high-quality design documentation and presentation materials.
  • Participate in design reviews and team meetings, providing valuable input and feedback.
  • Coordinate with other office locations to ensure design consistency and project alignment.
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients, taking direction and feedback constructively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 0-5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
  • Proficiency in REVIT, 3DS Max, Photoshop, and 3D rendering software.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Enthusiastic about design and committed to producing high-quality work.
