Sales Representative (1099 Independent Contractor)

Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and skilled Sales Representatives with a proven record to join our team. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for closing sales deals with incoming calls from potential customers. Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from potential customers, providing them with detailed information about our products/services.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively close sales.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer questions and overcome objections.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
• Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years
• Native Speaker
• Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
• Self-motivated with a high level of discipline to work effectively from home.
• Access to a quiet work environment, a reliable internet connection, and a personal computer.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Compensation:

• This is an hourly rate + commission position, offering a competitive commission structure designed to reward high performers.
• As a 1099 independent contractor, you will not be eligible for company benefits.
