The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Inventory Analytics Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Providing operations management insights to improve productivity through process improvement and workforce performance.
• Overseeing the analytical functions of the department including but not limited to compliance, continuous improvement, workforce management, productivity tracking and KPI projections.
• Overseeing change management: Identify impacts, mitigate risks, help communicate changes to internal team and external stakeholders.
• Partners with other functional areas to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (high school) or higher and 3 years of Customer Service/Healthcare experience.

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Proficiency in Data reporting and analysis
• Proficiency in project management skills
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including, but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Intermediate knowledge Access Database.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• From Basic-Intermediate working knowledge of SQL, Python, or other query language.
• Demonstrated Ability to successfully collaborate in diverse, multi-functional environments that require both direct and influential skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively at the executive level.
• Good understanding data management and analytical capabilities
• Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Understanding of Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Rental Unit return process.
• Computer Science Degree or advance studies

Work location: Hybrid

Travel: May include up to 10% international travel (Required VISA)
