The Impact You’ll Make in this Role


As a(n) Customer Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Handling inquiries of moderate scope and complexity within Customer Data Management.
  • Collect and input customer data from multiple sources to create new or update master data records, ensuring all necessary information is accurately input into the system while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Create & Maintain Americas Customer Master data in SAP, DMR/ECC, AS400, Salesforce, MS Dynamics.
  • Understand and act on team priorities being able to follow directions & Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ensures accuracy, consistency, and integrity of critical data across various systems and platforms, understanding upstream and downstream implications of customer data changes


Your Skills and Expertise


To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced College student in Data Management, Information Systems, Business or related field.

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English (C1) is a must.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in Portuguese.
  • 1-2 years of experience in data management, data entry or customer data analysis.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps, especially Excel.
  • Basic understanding of data management systems such as CRM Salesforce, SAP, AS400, MS Dynamics.


Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Healthcare background is a plus.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.


Work location:

  • Remote


Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
