Job Title: Bilingual Telemarketer (Spanish, English)
Location: San Jose, Costa Rica (Virtual Assistant)
FULL-Time Position
This is a FULL-TIME position. Looking for individuals who want to work from home.
Must have experience setting appointments COLD CALLING for Real Estate Company
-Making outbound calls and setting appointments. Must be Full Bilingual English-Spanish. (Excellent English Accent)
The job requires scheduling appointments for agents and clients to meet face-to-face and assist in other office admin, business, and personal tasks.
- Set appointments for our Sales Manager
- Conduct daily follow-up calls to convert all leads into sales appointments
- Enter all lead information into the company’s database.
- Organize and analyze data within Excel spreadsheets.
- Follow up and respond to all leads to increase sales
- Build rapport with potential clients and help overcome objections
- Schedule and conduct appointments & negotiate with a win/win approach for both parties
- Ability to learn quickly about the real estate industry and the real estate specifics
- Ability to learn systems and technology easily
- Keep track and report your numbers daily/hit targets weekly
Must have very strong phone communication and sales skills. Charismatic personality, positive and energetic attitude over the phone. Must be able to set 3 appointments per day. Ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
The hours can be flexible, working from home, calling needs to take place between
1pm-10pm M-F (Costa Rica Time) (Ability to Work Overnight, FULLY ENERGETIC)

- Ability to Memorize 3 Sales Scripts
- Data Entry While Talking on the phone
- Excellent conversational skills over the phone
Must be able to make a minimum of 300 outbound calls a day.

Salary $535,000 Colones depending on experience
*Salary will be paid in US Dollars
