We’re looking for a motivated, upbeat team player to join our team as an HR Generalist. This role participates in and provides information for the implementation of core HR processes, in accordance with applicable regulations and internal policies. Day to day, you will support smooth, effective, and timely execution of HR operations, with special emphasis on employee administration, benefits, and rewards administration. You will collaborate with the entire team to promote a strong, employee-oriented, high-performance culture.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and administer HR procedures and processes.
  • Provide information and consultancy, where necessary, to managers and employees about employee relations, HR activities and HR systems.
  • Create and maintain accurate employee records in the HR Systems and database in a timely manner.
  • Ensure creation and administration of personnel files in compliance with the company policies and legislation. (both hard and soft copies).
  • Prepare and administer employment related documents, such as: employment contracts, addendums, offer letters (for new joiners and internal promotions), certification letters, and warning letters in a timely manner.
  • Support delivery of effective employee onboarding process aiming to ensure a smooth and efficient employee induction and orientation.
  • Create new joiners and termination IT tickets.
  • Responsable of the background screening process.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights from departing employees.
  • Collaborate and take responsibility for smooth and timely running of HR operations and building effective work relationships.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and statistics upon request.
  • Observe the policies and take measures to protect the confidentiality of the data and information he/she has access to.
  • Support and participate in activities related to internal communication, organization of internal and corporate events, if needed.
  • Perform other additionally assigned tasks, within the competences of the position.
Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional experience:

  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Administration or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of MS Office tools (Excel is a must).
  • Knowledge of the applicable labor law and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of customer service skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Flexibility, self-motivation, can-do attitude, and ability to work in a team.
  • Organizational, prioritization and time management skills.

Language requirements:

  • Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and oral.
