Job Description: English Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified English Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and be capable of delivering engaging lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels. As an English Teacher, your responsibilities will include developing lesson plans, teaching grammar, vocabulary, and conversation, and preparing students for language proficiency exams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective English lessons aligned with the curriculum.
• Teach grammar, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
• Develop materials and resources to enhance student learning.
• Provide feedback and support to help students improve their language proficiency.
• Monitor and assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and exams.
• Encourage a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Prepare students for standardized language tests (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.).
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to promote a cohesive learning experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) or equivalent.
• Previous experience teaching English as a second language is preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students of different backgrounds and levels.
• A creative and adaptable teaching approach.
