Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: San Jose, Costa Rica

What are we looking for?

Looking for a passionate Salesforce Developer experienced in design, development, customization, and implementation of custom Salesforce solutions based on client needs. As a Salesforce Practitioner, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and Internal clients with the intention to exceed Internal client expectations

What are the responsibilities for this role?

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Salesforce platform technologies.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices and propose innovative solutions to enhance the platform's capabilities.
• Handling a team and responsible for client deliverables

Qualifications for this role?

Must Have

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in ENGLISH
• Preferred B2/C1 English
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science/information systems, or any related field.

• 7+ years’ experience in IT, specific to data management, analytics, or data reporting.
• Hands on Experience on Lightning Web, LWC, Aura ,Apex Classes, Triggers, REST Integrations with 3rd party systems and Mulesoft.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning Experience & Lightning Components implementation.
• Strong proven experience on designing salesforce solutions with best practices.
• Hands-on in designing & configuring custom objects, custom fields, custom formula fields, validation rules, page layouts, custom reports, automation tools as per application requirements.
• Aware of implementation best practices on Force.com platform and Salesforce.
• Software Application Development on the Salesforce platform using Object Oriented design methodologies and Salesforce technologies- Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components, Apex Triggers, Salesforce Integrations.
• Should have experience/knowledge working on Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience on SF Services or SF experience cloud.
• Integration using REST / SOAP.
• Proficient understanding of Git and version control, demonstrating the ability to commit Salesforce components and initiate pull requests in Git code repositories.Good to Have

• Experience and exposure to US health care and Life science
• Exposure working with US Clients
• Experience working in Enterprise implementations
• Exposure to Salesforce CPQ
• Familiarity with Gearset or similar deployment tool is advantageous
• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Knowledge on HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, webservices, Google APIs, JQuery / any other JavaScript framework
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Certified Platform Developer II
