What You'll Do

As a Design Lead in the Design Studios team, you will be a creative thought leader with an excellent design background who will lead, guide, mentor, and motivate a team of designers in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.You will work with our consultant teams, leading and overseeing design projects end to end by executing complex and ambiguous briefs with minimal direction, translating business language and processes into creative ideas, concepts, and engaging stories to achieve their vision and leverage storytelling in compliance with BCG standards.You'll lead and develop creative briefs that capture the business challenge, set timelines, ensure that all deadlines are met, and communicate with clients, and you'll conceptualize and ideate creative solutions, support all design decisions with creative, strategic, and/or business reasoning, and present creative concepts and discuss ideas with internal clients. Leading and coordinating multiple creative projects at a time, you'll drive their execution, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the quality of the final result. You will provide leadership and inculcate innovative thinking to the Design team and establish rich and engaging partnerships with BCG consultant teams. As a Design Lead, you will guide Designers in the team from Associate to Senior level, providing guidance, direction, training, and support throughout their careerdevelopment.

What You'll Bring

• A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, advertising, advertising design, or any other creative field. Applicants with a background in journalism, public relations, marketing or any other relevant field will be considered if they bring in proven creative experience.• You have at least 8-10 years of relevant experience in a professional creative services environment, creative studio or in an advertising agency • You've gained strong management experience in design/creative teams.• You ideally have ample experience in multimode production including written, visual and digital • You possess strong conceptual and design skills and are experienced in improving the conceptual, technical, and creative performance of teams.• Your strong creative and problem-solving abilities enable you to supplement project teams.• You excel at establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.• You've gained experience working in a collaborative design environment; experience working with global teams is a plus.• You have robust B2B experience and deep business language knowledge.• You have proven client-facing experience, along with persuasive and dynamic presentation skills.• You have a demonstrated ability to understand and apply principles of visual organization, composition, information, hierarchy, symbolic representation, typography, aesthetics, and the construction of meaningful designs.• You have full advance command of the English language to hold complex conversation and creative processes• You have solid knowledge in creative suites such as Adobe Creative Suit• You master MS Office 365 tools
