Position Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Mexico or LATAM

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a focus on Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, leveraging their deep knowledge of Salesforce to implement and optimize Experience Cloud solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Design and configure Experience Cloud functionalities, including community pages, user roles, and permissions.
• Perform gap analysis between existing systems and Salesforce Experience Cloud capabilities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other business systems.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user training and support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend innovative Salesforce solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, Experience Cloud features, and best practices.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
• Experience in designing and implementing customer or partner portals.

Skills and Certifications:

• Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Business Analyst certification (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, declarative tools, and data model.
• Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
