Are you a driven, results-focused sales expert with near-native proficiency in English and a passion for closing deals? Do you thrive on the thrill of cold calling and want to earn a substantial income based on your performance—not just clocked hours?
If you’re looking to maximize your earning potential while working remotely, this is your chance. We’re seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in South Africa who can confidently connect with U.S.-based business owners, book high-value sales appointments, and contribute to growing our pipeline.
Fluency in English at a C1 or C2 level is a MUST.
This is a remote, performance-based opportunity with a monthly draw to support your ramp-up and ensure steady earnings while you get up to speed.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Making 150–200+ outbound cold calls per day to U.S.-based business owners.
- Using proven scripts to identify and qualify decision-makers.
- Navigating gatekeepers and securing high-quality sales appointments.
- Managing lead flow through email, SMS, and CRM tools.
- Meeting weekly appointment goals and reporting performance.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 2+ years of B2B cold calling or outbound sales experience.
- Speak fluent English at a C1 or C2 level, with strong, clear communication—no heavy accent, confident in all conversations.
- Know how to qualify prospects and book appointments that actually show.
- Are self-motivated, organized, and thrive in a results-driven environment.
- Want to earn based on your performance, not just clocked hours.

- Booking 6–10+ qualified appointments per week.
- Consistently showing up, managing your pipeline, and following up on leads.
- Owning your numbers and thriving in a high-performance, competitive environment.
- Communicating clearly with the team and constantly improving through coaching.
