About the Role:
We are partnering with an innovative client in the FinTech sector who is seeking a Business and Marketing Director to spearhead the launch and growth of an exciting new project. This is a unique opportunity to take a hands-on role in shaping the marketing strategy, leading customer acquisition initiatives, and developing a strong brand presence for a rapidly growing fintech company. Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Develop comprehensive, dynamic launch plans that capture the target audience, competitive positioning, and value propositions.
- Lead the go-to-market strategy to ensure a successful brand launch in the fintech space.
Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels, ensuring measurable growth and engagement.
Business Development
- Identify and build strong relationships with strategic partners to drive growth and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product, sales, and operations to ensure alignment on business goals and strategies.
Brand Building
- Elevate the company's brand messaging, ensuring consistency and relevance across all communications.
- Increase brand visibility through strategic partnerships, events, and media opportunities.
Analytics & Reporting
- Measure key performance metrics (such as customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and conversion rates) to guide decision-making and strategy refinement.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing or business development within the FinTech/payment (B2C) sector, specifically in Latin America, with a proven track record in launching or scaling fintech products.
- Demonstrated success in creating impactful marketing campaigns and building strategic partnerships within the fintech industry.
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to blend creative marketing tactics with data-driven decision-making.
- Business development experience: Strong ability to form and manage relationships that support the company's growth.
- Familiarity with performance marketing and digital marketing technologies.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) with strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders, partners, and customers.
Desirable Skills:
- An interest in or knowledge of Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT).
- Proficiency in Spanish is a key advantage for engaging with Latin American markets.
