Remote Support Coordinator (Full-Time)

Company: Superior Fence & Rail
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (US Eastern Time)
Compensation: $1,200 USD/month

Position Overview

We’re hiring a Remote Office Support Coordinator to work closely with the company Owner and CEO. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive individual looking to play a key role in day-to-day operations. You’ll provide administrative support, handle client inquiries, assist with sales tasks, and contribute to overall business success.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and text
  • Provide accurate information on services and pricing
  • Schedule appointments and consultations

Lead Qualification

  • Use scripts to evaluate potential customers
  • Gather key information and determine client fit

Appointment Scheduling

  • Coordinate appointments for the sales team
  • Manage calendars and communicate schedules

Sales Assistance

  • Support sales reps with administrative tasks
  • Ensure tasks and follow-ups are completed on time

Task Management

  • Track ongoing and overdue tasks
  • Send reminders and provide accountability

Client Review Outreach

  • Contact closed clients for reviews and feedback
  • Provide instructions for review submission
  • Follow up as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or office support
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management
  • Comfortable using RingCentral and other digital tools
  • Data entry and spreadsheet experience required
  • Marketing knowledge is a plus
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment

Technical & Communication Requirements

  • Reliable internet and computer setup
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and team members
  • Professional virtual presence (Zoom-ready work environment)
  • Introductory video will be requested during the hiring process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₡609,437.44 per month
