Qualifications and Education Requirements:

High School Diploma is required

Preferred Skills:

• 1+ years Customer Service experience in multinational organizations. • Skilled for multitasking in a successful manner and managing different systems at a time • Customer centric focus • Dynamic and resourceful • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict data privacy policies • 90% English proficient: Oral and written • Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook)
