We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Ecommerce Project Manager/Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of all tasks across key areas of our business, including Product Research to Launch, Operations, Inventory and Supply Chain, Finance, and Revenue and Product Optimization. This role is critical to ensuring that all tasks are effectively tracked in ClickUp, deadlines are met, and operational efficiencies are optimized across the team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong personality, the ability to get things done, and a deep understanding of the ecommerce landscape, particularly within the Amazon ecosystem.

Must be OK with the use of time-tracking software such as Timedoctor/Insightful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Task Management & Tracking: Oversee the tracking of all company tasks across key business areas, ensuring that all tasks are updated regularly in ClickUp and deadlines are consistently met.
• Team Leadership: Lead daily team meetings to review task/work status, identify potential roadblocks, and ensure alignment on priorities. Escalate issues before they become critical.
• Operational Efficiency: Dive deep into understanding the business, tasks, and processes to ensure the team is utilized efficiently and has a clear understanding of their responsibilities and timelines.
• Remote Team Oversight: Manage a fully remote team spread across the globe. Ensure team members are actively working during their designated work hours, adding value to the team and the business. Implement strategies to maintain high levels of engagement and productivity in a remote setting.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of the team, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and at a high level of quality. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive better results.
• Escalation Management: Proactively identify and escalate issues or delays in task completion to ensure timely resolution. Take ownership of challenges and work with the team to overcome them.
• Process Optimization: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce delays, and streamline workflows across Product Research, Operations, Inventory and Supply Chain, Finance, and Revenue and Product Optimization.
• Deadline Enforcement: Address challenges related to team members not adhering to deadlines or failing to update tasks in ClickUp. Implement accountability measures and foster a culture of responsibility and prompt communication.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on project progress, task completion rates, and any escalated issues. Provide insights and recommendations for further improving operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, with at least 3 years in Ecommerce.
• Prior experience in Amazon Ecommerce is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse, fully remote team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools, particularly ClickUp.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information to all levels of the organization.
• Ability to dive deep into the details of the business, understand tasks, and accurately estimate timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₡525,000.00 - ₡620,000.00 per month
