Rosenblum Law, a fast-expanding general practice law firm serving multiple states, is looking for a dedicated and hard-working legal sale consultant. This role involves managing a high volume of consultations with prospective clients. New client consultations are the lifeblood of our business; we will only hire hungry, highly-motivated people.
Work-life balance is a very important part of our firm ethos; our employees are expected to work hard during business hours but are also given a fixed and manageable 40- to 45- hour per week schedule to recharge our batteries during off-hours.
Flexible scheduling including, but not limited to, a 4-day work week is available to highly qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations with a high volume of prospective clients
- Meet monthly benchmarks for consultations and overall client acquisitions
- Assist with inbound calls and route them appropriately
Requirements:
- Must have lived in the US for more than 3 months
- Speaks and write fluent English & Spanish
- Passion for working in the legal space (legal background preferred)
- Excellent work ethic and operate in a high-paced work environment
- Loves to engage, socialize and talk to people / outgoing personality
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₡2,800,000.00 - ₡3,500,000.00 per month
