Job Description:

Jr PrIME Technical/ Functional Consultant is responsible for the successful functioning, optimization, and ongoing administration of PrIME (WMS System).

The focus of this role will be on Warehouse management systems and 3PL solutions. The ability to perform hands on configuration including understanding the integration points to Inventory, logistics and Planning is required.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • BS of Engineering (computing/industrial /mechatronic) plus 2 years business/technical experience.
  • Experience in Consumer Goods sector or Personal Product Industry, diverse industries is desired.
  • Experience on other WMS would be on SAP, Oracle , etc.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems, particularly PrIME, and other 3PL solutions (e.g., LeadCommerce, NetSuite, Da Vinci, WithoutWire, Luminate Logistics - BlueYonder, Prime - BlueYonder, MDS SCM - WM, Korber WMS).
  • SAP MM/EWM or Procurement/ Manufacturing kowledge preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead/direct/influence /large complex cross-functional teams, or projects including interaction with senior level managers and stakeholders.
  • Serves as the SAP technical expert supporting Warehouse and Material and Manufacturing teams/solutions ensuring best practices and methodologies to ensure client understand what works better for business requirements.
  • Ability to effectively work and develop the role in medium/large cross-functional teams, or projects including interaction with all level managers and stakeholders, including clients.
  • Strong analytical skills, enabling to quickly understand the drivers of a business process (purchasing, supply chain, production, inventory, etc.)
  • Capabilities to get consensus, make decision, and assume them
  • Very strong analytical approach to problem solving and solution development.
  • Should be very organized and have a flexible approach to operate in demanding, fast paced environment.
  • Working experience in large corporate environment (manage contact with many cultures, time zones)
  • Researches and maintains knowledge of emerging data structure tools and technologies for possible application to the business.
  • Experienced with WMS systems implementation including process analysis, configuration, specification for developments, testing, documentation, training organization & delivery, end-user support.
  • Proven problem-solver with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective communication and resource plans.
  • Ability to communicate professionally through written and verbal communications.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and strong teamwork-based tendencies.

Languages:

  • English 70%+ and Spanish (must)
  • Portuguese (preferable)

  • SOLMAN
  • Agile Methodology
  • Waterfall Methodology
  • ITIL V3/V4
  • Power BI
  • SQL Good knowledge
