Job Summary (6 Days a Week: Mon - Sat)

The responsibility of the manager would be to partake in the daily office work such as working on customer orders, and items inventory, preparing reports in MS Excel, and efficiently supervising the team on a remotely connected virtual office environment and Skype/ Zoom group call from their own facility or home.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Remotely carrying out the daily tasks along with the team and guide and supervise them
  • Carrying out and attaining the mission and the goals of the business unit managed
  • Development of the department
  • Provide oversight and direction to the employees in the operating unit in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures
  • Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee on-boarding
  • Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback
  • Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among department members that allows for disagreement over ideas, conflict and expeditious conflict resolution, and the appreciation of diversity as well as cohesiveness, supportiveness, and working effectively together to enable each employee and the department to succeed
  • Lead employees using a performance management and development process that provides an overall context and framework

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in supervision, and management
  • Better than average written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills
  • Management experience in a remote-oriented workplace would be preferred
  • Demonstrable knowledge of basic economics, budgeting, and accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment esp. MS Excel
  • Excellent organizational management skills
  • Able to work 6 days a week (PST)
  • A minimum of five years of responsible leadership experiences in management or supervisory positions
  • Specialized training in managing human resources would be preferred.

Pay: ₡1,014,173.00 per month
