Once placed with a client, the Basic probation rate begins at $11

Agent informed of ”Starting Rate” before placement with the Client, the set of starting rates are to be

based on performance in training and feedback from instructor, as well as the rate the Client is paying.

“Starting Rates” vary from $11 up Top performers get the Top Paying Accounts!

After 2-week probation there is a pass/fail evaluation:

Upon passing:

Training bonus $150 sent with next pay cycle

Agreed upon “Starting Rate” is initiated

Pay Rate increases can happen after the starting rate is established. Agents are evaluated every 6

months' time from the beginning of Dialing. Increases depend on performance and Client Account

needs.

Upon failing:

In this case, extra training may be necessary and an extension of the probation by another 2- week

period or termination of contract.

Requirements:

• Must have lived in the US as an adult (16+) for at least 2 years

1-year relevant phone or REI experience

- English with clean diction - Also, accepting applications from Canadian candidates who speak fluent

English.

• Computer with Updated OS (Operating System), 8GB RAM and CPU benchmark of 3000 or higher

• Internet Hardwired 30 Download 3 Upload 20 Ping

• Headset USB plug-in with Noise Canceling Mic

• Government Issued ID

You will need to;

• Pass Assessment

• Pass Voice Screen

• DISC personality test

• IQ test

Training run in one group M-F

Must pass the post-training, Oral and Written assessments, as well as be Green Lighted after Live Dial

completion.
