Job Title: Client Coordinator for a Home Care Agency (Bi-lingual)

Position Type: Full-Time, Remote

Location: Work from Home

Language Requirement: Bi-lingual

Job Overview:

We are seeking an outgoing and proactive bi-lingual individual to join our team as an Outreach and Client Relationship Coordinator. This remote role focuses on making outreach calls, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, home care aides, and referring agencies. The goal is to increase our market share and ensure we provide top-quality care to a diverse population of elderly, disabled, and individuals needing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) at home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outreach calls to potential and existing clients, home care aides, and referral agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and partners to enhance the reputation and reach of our agency.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and questions are addressed promptly.
  • Identify and develop new client leads and referral opportunities to increase market share.
  • Collaborate with referring agencies, hospitals, and community organizations to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Support home care aides by ensuring they have the resources and communication necessary for optimal care.
  • Work to expand services to diverse communities, ensuring inclusivity and culturally appropriate care.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and relationship-building activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bi-lingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outgoing, energetic personality with the ability to connect with a diverse range of people.
  • Experience in outreach, customer service, or client relations preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with home care services or healthcare industry is a plus.
