• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
• Support project managers in tracking progress, managing deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed meeting minutes.
• Communicate with stakeholders and team members to facilitate project updates and status reports.
• Help identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain project documentation, including timelines, action items, and reports.
• Use project the available management tools such as Jira, or Microsoft Project.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency.

• English C1
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
