Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative at Digital Forensics Corp. will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth within the digital forensics space. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong interest in technology and cybersecurity.
A typical sales representative earns around $2,000 USD at the entry level, while more experienced individuals can average between $4,000 and $7,000 USD per month. With unlimited earning potential, we strongly encourage our sales representatives to maximize their earnings to the fullest.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Respond to Inbound Leads: Engage with potential clients who reach out via phone, email, or other channels, ensuring timely and professional communication.
· Client Inquiries: Answer calls and respond to inquiries from clients looking for information about our services, providing them with accurate details and addressing their needs.
· CRM Management: Regularly review and update the CRM system to track client interactions, check for new leads, and maintain up-to-date client records.
· Client Follow-ups: Keep clients informed about the progress of their cases by providing case updates, news, and conducting follow-up communication as needed to ensure satisfaction.
· Work Commitment: Log into your remote office on time and maintain focus throughout the day to maximize productivity and efficiency.

· Inbound Leads: Unlike many sales roles that require cold calling or prospecting, this job provides inbound leads. Every client reaching out has already shown interest, which significantly improves the likelihood of closing deals.
· Earning Potential: Our sales approach is unique, allowing all team members to control their own earnings. With no cap on income, you’re paid based on what you sell. If you’re a high performer, you can look forward to receiving very LARGE paychecks.
· Lead Qualification: Rather than working through a wide range of leads, you can choose which clients to work with based on whether they’re a good fit for your services. This gives you the ability to focus on higher-quality leads, streamlining your efforts.
· Training: The job offers training to help you identify the most promising leads, ensuring you're well-equipped to make strategic decisions when selecting clients.
· Uncapped Commissions: The uncapped commission structure is a major draw for high-performing sales professionals, as it offers the potential to earn significantly based on performance.
· Volume of Leads: With 500 new leads coming in every day, there is a constant flow of opportunities, so the earning potential can be substantial.
Requirements:
· Full-Time Commitment: Availability to work full-time and dedicate the necessary time and energy to meet sales targets.
· Sales or Collections Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales or collections, with a proven track record of success.
· Call Center Experience: Minimum of 3 years working in a call center environment, providing services to clients in the US, Canada, or the UK.
