Job Title: Data Engineer
Location: Remote anywhere in Latin America (US PST Time Zone)

• B2+ or C1 English is a must.

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, but you will be required to work during US Pacific Time (PST) hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data integration, transformation, and analytics, with expertise in the latest tools and platforms for managing data pipelines and creating insightful reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Azure Data Factory, SSIS, and Python.
• Manage and optimize data storage solutions, including Azure Data Lake and Azure Databricks.
• Develop and maintain data models, cubes, and analytics using SSAS and Tabular Editor.
• Implement and manage relational databases with MS SQL Server and Azure SQL.
• Create interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports with Power BI.
• Develop and automate business applications using Power Apps and InfoPath Form.
• Perform data analysis and transformation using Spark SQL and Scala.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and deliver actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with the following tools and technologies:
  • MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS
  • Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks
  • Power BI, Power Apps, InfoPath Form
  • Scala, Python, Spark SQL, Tabular Editor
• Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Advanced English level (B2+ or C1).
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and adjust to US PST work hours.
