OVERVIEW

As a Community Ambassador, your primary focus will be enhancing hospitality and ensuring a seamless Workplace Experience and Operations at our partner's Costa Rica office, which spans over 3,000 square meters and hosts approximately 300 employees. You will play a key role in blending operational support with exceptional customer service. This position is part of the global Workplace Services Operations team and requires on-site presence.

6 month contract, fully on-site

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize and oversee requests for training rooms, including scheduling, managing calendars, setting up and breaking down rooms, coordinating catering, and providing audiovisual support.
• Plan and execute global events and activities, collaborating closely with Communication and Brand teams through ServiceNow partners.
• Monitor and maintain supply levels in break rooms, copy rooms, and supply closets by ordering, organizing, and replenishing stock as needed.
• Act as the on-site liaison for property management and external vendors, including escorting vendors around the facility when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of five years of Facilities/Workplace Services experience required.
• Customer service, hospitality, reception, front-desk, administrative experience.
• Organized, punctual, professional, comfortable communicating at all levels of an organization
• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution is required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• FMP, CFM or other Facilities certification preferred.
