Become an EXpert as a People & Client Experience Specialist

At EX Squared LATAM, we build digital products that not only transform businesses but also elevate human experiences—for our clients and our teams. We're looking for a People & Client Experience Specialist based in San José, Costa Rica, who thrives at the intersection of employee experience and client engagement.

In this role, you'll act as a strategic partner, building strong relationships with both our talent and our clients, ensuring expectations are aligned, communication flows openly, and engagement remains high across the board. This is a permanent position based in San José, Costa Rica, with 2 days per week of in-office work.

What You'll Do

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary People & Culture point of contact for assigned client accounts, building trust-based relationships

  • Join regular client meetings to share insights, align on goals, and gather feedback on team performance

  • Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal stakeholders to anticipate needs and resolve concerns

  • Support onboarding for new hires on client teams, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience

  • Track client satisfaction trends and propose strategies to strengthen the client experience

Account Planning & Strategy

  • Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and P&C teams to understand client goals, engagement needs, and team dynamics

  • Identify new opportunities to elevate the client experience via improved communications, training, or support

  • Identify or manage growth opportunities within existing client accounts.

Employee Engagement & Support

  • Conduct 1:1 meetings with assigned team members to gather feedback, clarify concerns, and promote well-being.

  • Support the integration of new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported during their first months

  • Monitor employee sentiment and flag recurring patterns that may require targeted interventions

  • Act as an advocate for the client and the team member, helping align expectations and improve collaboration.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in client-facing People/HR roles, preferably in fast-paced or tech environments

  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal communication skills

  • Deep understanding of employee engagement, retention, and well-being practices

  • Ability to navigate conversations with empathy and business acumen

  • Experience facilitating feedback conversations and resolving issues proactively

  • Proficiency in English (C1).

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Familiarity with Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration
