Role Description:

A Hakkoda Associate Support Specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams providing overall IT support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing initial training, assisting the team with the initial setup of their IT assets (laptops, phones, monitors, headsets), and supporting the applications and tools that drive productivity in the business.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (required).
  • Technical diploma or equivalent in IT-related fields (e.g., Computer Support, Network Support, ICT Technician) or comparable practical experience.
  • Basic experience providing technical support through phone, chat, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with MacOS hardware and software (preferred but not required).

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and customer support abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
  • Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and environments.
  • Process-oriented mindset with a passion for developing and optimizing workflows.
  • Basic verbal and written English skills, including the ability to create technical documentation and user guides.
