Summary of Position

This position is an entry level designer position. Responsible for creating high-quality treatment planning and digital set-up with company CAD software. This position reports directly to DTP Designer Supervisor.

Essential Functions and Duties

• Create high-quality digital treatment plan that will provide the clinical effect expected by our customers, following prescriptions and instructions received from providers. Have effective clinical communication on treatment planning with Drs via company software and platform.
• Able to complete simple - medium difficulty cases independently. Completes complex design under the guidance of Senior designers. Able to respond to customers' needs in a timely manner. Get support from supervisor or ortho Consultant when necessary.
• Learn to use professional concepts. Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues, work on problems of limited scope with no repetitive mistakes
• Able to handle small scope projects as assigned.
• Build stable working relationships internally. Understand and support team / Department decisions. Form good trust and care with other partners and respect other partners.
• Keep the habit of continuous learning.
• Follow DPS working instruction, clinical protocol, quality instructions and other guidelines.
• Follow working schedule, accomplish daily production operation task assigned by team leader.
• Able to identify opportunities for improvement to achieve the KPIs of production and quality (quality, productivity, lead-time, convert rate, value etc.).
• Follow all established company policies and procedures including health and safety.
• Participate in team meetings, training, tests, and other activities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Normally requires a Diploma/Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline from a 3-year college or university or other equivalent experience.
• Less than one year of directly related experience.
• Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools. Experience with CAD-CAM or 3D software is an advantage.
• Work with minimal supervision, in a performance oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Logical thinking, results and Quality oriented; able to work under pressure to achieve goals. Agility to solve problems.
• Good communication skills, teamwork spirit and passionate for learning.
• Good in English, both written and spoken is a plus.
