Position Summary:

You will ensure that all POS and retail digital assets that support our retail strategy are provided to retail on time. Supporting the Sales team in managing local agencies, for Promoters and Merchandising Ensure that the brand is extremely visible in the POS. Exposure Exposure Exposure!

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· Management of direct reports and/or indirect reports.

· IHS Report Management.

· Promoters: KPIs, Planning of monthly routes, reports on results

Job Responsibilities:

· Define, recommend and develop merchandising strategy with Sales team.

· Design and execute Point of Sale displays and merchandising programs (Corners, store in store concepts, stand alone displays, etc.).

· Work directly with vendors in the bidding, management (including maintenance), and execution of display projects.

· Ownership of POS: development, production and delivery of local POS materials.

· Manage and control of Merchandising and Promoters budget.

· Manage and control of Displays budget.

· Coordinate day to day activity of Sales Promoters.

· Execute brand activations at POS.

· Participate in the local communication strategy, Influencers, PR and media events.

· Product trainings, presentation and introductions.

Basic Qualifications:

· Minimum proven commercial experience (3 years) in marketing, digital marketing and/or

Shopper & Customer Marketing

· Strategic, innovative and creative personality with an entrepreneurial mind-set, with a strong can-do attitude.

· Microsoft portfolio tools knowledge

· Business intelligence interpretation and management

· Excellent communication skills - engage and influence multiple stakeholders.

· Attention to detail.

· English Intermediate preferred.

· Agency management.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Knowledge of the retail sector

· Passion for audio, Music and Consumer Electronic Industry.

Eligibility Requirements:

· Willingness to travel. (Passport needed), VISA U.S.

· Successful completion of a background investigation is a condition of any offer of employment

Other:

· Remote position, based in Costa Rica. Equipment to be provided.
