Remote Support Coordinator (Full-Time)
Company: Superior Fence & Rail
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (US Eastern Time)
Compensation: $1,200 USD/month

Position Overview
We’re hiring a Remote Office Support Coordinator to work closely with the company Owner and CEO. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive individual looking to play a key role in day-to-day operations. You’ll provide administrative support, handle client inquiries, assist with sales tasks, and contribute to overall business success.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Provide accurate information on services and pricing
- Schedule appointments and consultations
Lead Qualification
- Use scripts to evaluate potential customers
- Gather key information and determine client fit
Appointment Scheduling
- Coordinate appointments for the sales team
- Manage calendars and communicate schedules
Sales Assistance
- Support sales reps with administrative tasks
- Ensure tasks and follow-ups are completed on time
Task Management
- Track ongoing and overdue tasks
- Send reminders and provide accountability
Client Review Outreach
- Contact closed clients for reviews and feedback
- Provide instructions for review submission
- Follow up as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or office support
- Strong communication and writing skills in English
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management
- Comfortable using RingCentral and other digital tools
- Data entry and spreadsheet experience required
- Marketing knowledge is a plus
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment
Technical & Communication Requirements
- Reliable internet and computer setup
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable speaking with customers and team members
- Professional virtual presence (Zoom-ready work environment)
- Introductory video will be requested during the hiring process
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₡609,437.44 per month
