Your Responsibilities:

  • Setting up freight shipments that are less than a truck load that are set up via email.
  • Responding to emails to notify customers when shipments are scheduled.
  • Maintain acceptable attendance record.
  • Operating accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Handling multiple responsibilities at once.
  • Maintaining composure in escalated situations.
  • Qualified candidates will be comfortable in a back-office setting with very little customer interaction via telephone. Most interaction will be via email.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Friday between 6am and 6pm.

Skills you will need:

  • 1-year work experience.
  • Advanced English level (B2+).
  • Ability to use spelling and written communication skills effectively and efficiently. Typing 25 wpm 90% accuracy.
  • Attention to detail when entering data.
  • Computer proficiency with applications.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned.
  • Confidence in yourself - motivation techniques.
  • Eighteen (18) years of age or older on or before hire date.
  • Minimum education of a High School diploma or GED.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Passion for meeting or exceeding performance goals.
  • Must be able to successfully pass assessment with an overall score of 70% or greater with Customer Service overall score a 60% or greater as well.
