Qualfon Costa Rica is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Beauty campaign.
The ideal candidate will deliver a service experience that exceeds expectations and encourages customers to become brand ambassadors.
In this role, the employee will handle customer calls and emails, responding to questions or resolving concerns they may have. Responsibilities include managing numerous inbound calls, chats, or emails, listening to customer needs or issues, and providing helpful solutions to their concerns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and resolve all customer inquiries and requests via inbound calls, emails, or chats.
- Educate customers on devices, user interfaces, troubleshooting steps, and policies in a timely manner.
- Address issues logically and comprehensibly to ensure appropriate outcomes for the customer.
- Perform advanced hardware diagnostics, including installation and cabling support.
- Provide advanced system and application support.
- Adhere to internal compliance policies and guidelines established by Qualfon and the client.
- Document customer technical issues in notes that are understandable for other users.
- Follow up on customer needs and team leader requests.
- Participate in special projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced English proficiency. Verbal and written fluency (90% / C1). Speaking Canadian French is a huge plus!! Let us know!
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong conflict resolution abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- High school diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
- Knowledge of beauty and personal care products (MANDATORY).
