Embark on a rewarding journey as a Customer Success Advisor with Clicklease! In this role, you'll handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, addressing inquiries, assisting with applications, and ensuring a positive experience for approved applicants. If you're a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer service, we invite you to apply and become an integral part of our dynamic team.
Compensation: Salary in $USD
Modality: On-Site first 120 days
Schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM (8 AM - 5 PM with DLS)
What you'll be doing:
Address inbound and outbound calls, emails and chat requests from customers including but not limited to online application process, lease agreement, payments, and other general customer inquiries from approved applicants finalizing transactions to get equipment from participating dealers/vendors
Work with our vendors to solve any issues they have with their applications or invoices
Consistent follow-up with prospects via phone, email, and messaging to answer customer questions and solve problems about their account
Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition to end-users (business owners)
Provide feedback/suggestions on processes employed by the team to achieve funding growth
Diligently use CRM (Salesforce.com) to capture relevant data and keep comprehensive and accurate prospect notes
Other duties may be as assigned as needed
What you have:
A C1 level of written and spoken English
Drives for results meets or exceeds multiple/simultaneous deadlines while supporting a calm, fun loving, and always professional demeanor
Desires to further develop their own customer service skills and business acumen
High success rate in meeting and exceeding goals
Self-starter who wants to work hard and contribute every day to a thriving organization with ability to understand Clicklease’s evolving needs
Effective Communicator – clearly and proactively communicates to management, peers, and customers

What will make you stand out:
Minimum of 1 years of experience in Outbound B2B/B2C Sales
At least 1 years of experience in the Call Center industry
Financial Services and/or leasing experience
Tech savvy and experienced with CRM software
