The incumbent will focus on developing existing client accounts and recovering clients lately inactive, implementing our customer retention strategy.

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

1.To work on customer retention through research and an active follow-up, looking for the development of accounts representing recurrent valued customers.

2.To work on a plan to create contacts aiming to help spread the word within an existing account.

3. To actively follow up on those new contacts to have us on top of mind until we succeed on closing a first deal with them.

4.To follow up on new contacts after their first purchase and until:

o A contact completes four (4) purchases, or

o A semester reaches an end counting from the date of our first contact.

5.To follow up on leads to turn them into clients. These leads can be generated when:

o Following up on an existing contact who quit and no longer works for an existing client but that we have been able to find in a new position at a different company.

o Referrals coming from existing or new contacts generated by these campaigns, but who work at a different company.

6.To explain our business model to clients, and to advise them on our services with special emphasis on promoting cross-selling of all sorts of language services.

7. To help documenting the needs and expectations from these new active contacts with the purpose of completing a seamless transition to the Account Manager in the future and as described above.

8.Act as Account Manager for the first four sales or the first six months.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Highly motivated person intended to succeed with a positive learning attitude.
  • Native or near-native command of the English language.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • +1-year experience interacting with clients
  • Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Under contract
  • Fully remote
  • Monday to Friday- Weekends off.
  • Compensation in USD
  • 22 days off per year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₡503,073.00 - ₡754,000.00 per month
