Collaborate to deliver the best customer experience

Through collaborations with various teams, we support customers with our market leading internet services and applications. You are the trusted advisor to your customers and an expert in our products & services.

As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Being the primary point of contact for the customer to provide post-sale support, onboarding and operational effectiveness
• Providing training and guide stakeholders on the customer portal
• Analyzing and interpreting customer usage data contributing to the long-term success of customers
• Developing a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders

• Possess excellent communication skills in fluent business-level English
• Have a solid understanding in internet technologies and fundamental protocols
• Be a team player, able to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-changing environment
• Be highly accountable with prioritization skills and able to carry out tasks with minimal supervision
