Role and Responsibilities:

• This is a Back-office position
• Transcribing and annotating high priority deliverables
• Translating established guidelines into daily work practices and processing data in order of priority
• Delivering high quality on deadlines
• Experience working with speech or language data, including experience with annotation is considered a plus!

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

High School Diploma is required

Preferred Skills:

• Language skills: B2 English proficiency and B2 Portuguese proficiency
• 1+ years back office, or customer service experience in multinational organizations.
• Customer centric focus
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict data privacy policies
• Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook)
