Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Customer Service Associates from Central America (Colombia, Peru, Costa Rica) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and another language, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

  • Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, or in person
  • Utilize computerized systems for data entry and customer information management
  • Demonstrate phone etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions
  • Work in a call center environment to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and securely when required

Skills

  • Proficiency in both English and another language
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with data entry processes
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in customer service or related field is a plus
